In the App Dashboard under the settings tab you will see a link called Notification Option, this lets you customize the language for Push Notifications in the Settings area of the apps.
This was introduced because Apple insisted that IOS Apps have this so users would be able to opt out of Push Notifications if they choose to do so after the initial sign up.
Note that if you enter nothing here - the system places default text on the screen in the app.
