Please note that Apple requires that each app is submitted in its own developer account or in the developer account of the owner.  For example if you are submitting an App called Joe's Pizza then the name of the developer account must be in Joe's Pizza's name.  Alternatively if the business does not have a DUNS # {Dun & Bradstreet} then you wont be able to get a developer account in the name of the business.

You will be able to get the developer account in the name of the owner, i.e. Joe Smith.  There is NO WAY around this policy so please make sure this step has been completed before making your appointment.
